Unfiltered Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The only reason I gave this olive oil 4 stars instead of 5, is because it comes in a plastic bottle. Plastic absorbs fat, making it unsuitable for a storage container. The oil itself is fresh and aromatic, and is of good quality. Excellent for every use.

This review is for the Terra Dellysa Organic Extra virgin Olive oil. It is the only oil I have used for the past year plus. Use it for everything; salads, stir fry, soups, stews, ever low temperature deep fry, with only one half inch of oil set to medium. Whatever oil is left in the pan, I soak up with a slice of bread and enjoy - it's that good. This oil is loaded with polyphenols. You can both smell it and taste it. It is so fresh and wholesome that I wash out the bottle with only hot water, leaving it squeaky clean, no soap ever needed. Fill bottle to top with very hot water, and see the residue rise to the surface. I have never experienced any sign of rancidity, as with some other oils in the past. There are other very good oils on the market, but in my opinion this one is the best.
