Ingredients:
For the whipped feta:
140g feta cheese, crumbled
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1 ½ tbsp Terra Delyssa Bold & Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 tsp lemon juice
Black pepper, to taste
For the toppings:
2 tsp Terra Delyssa Bold & Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced and fried
1½ tbsp honey
3 tbsp roasted almonds, chopped
2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Flaky salt, to taste
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend the feta, greek yogurt, Terra Delyssa olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water if needed to loosen the mixture. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tsp of Terra Delyssa olive oil in a small pan over low heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Spread the whipped feta onto a small serving plate or shallow bowl. Drizzle with the honey and rest of the olive oil. Then sprinkle with garlic (ensuring to get all that flavored oil from the pan as well), chopped almonds, cilantro, chili flakes and salt.
